What's the function of Semi-Auto Bottle Screen Printing Machine?

Normally semi-auto screen printer machine has three functions, which can print round, flat, and oval product.

This types of machine can print plastic, glass, metal and other materials.

Steps to use semi-auto screen printer machine for different shape products?

1. For round bottle screen printing. Firstly we need make tooling (jig) for the bottle on the screen printing machine. The tooling include gear, bottle base and holding parts.The machine working is by screen frame drive bottle rotating. The screen frame moving also drive the gear with rack rotating simultaneously. All these actions can print artwork from screen frame on bottle surface. This machine can do multi-color printing, most of bottle have a ramp on the bottom, the ramp is for multi color printing.

2. For oval bottle screen printing. It is also need make tooling(jig) on the silk screen printing machine,which including gear, bottle base and holding. The machine working function is same as for round bottle printing. Machine for oval bottle printing device is different from for round bottle printing, but working function are the same.

3. For flat bottle or CD screen printing. The screen printer machine should be assembled again. The screen frame drive bottle rotated when machine is for round bottle printing(screen frame moving, squeegee is not moving). But the screen frame is not moving and squeegee is moving when machine is for flat bottle.

Following the manual of the machine you can change over device between round bottle and flat bottle. Generally speaking, this type of semi-auto screen printing machine is easy to operate, following the operation video is enough for assembling and adjusting the machine.

For different bottle, like: paper cup, mug, bottle, jerry can, bucket. Only the tooling(jig) are different, the printing principle are the same. Furthermore,different product size decides different screen printing machine size.

Now many company use UV ink. So bottles or containers need to be treated by flame before printing(except for PET material). And bottle need to be cured by UV oven after screen printing.
